Since the beginning of the year, Fauchon welcomes you in place de la Madeleine, in its new design space the “Bakery”. From Monday to Saturday ... from 8am to 8pm, (until 6pm for light refreshments at the store), biscuits, patisseries, macaroons and cakes are temptingly displayed, and may be bought to take away or enjoyed on the premises. With the image of a modern caterer, Fauchon selects quality products from all over the world to create original and aesthetic gastronomic delights. Among their leading products, you will find tea, infusions and coffees, condiments and spices, pre-cooked dishes, wine and champagne, foie gras and confectionary… for the delight of the taste buds!
Paris Viaduc des Arts
Located a short walk from Place de la Bastille in the heart of the 12th arrondissement, the Viaduc des Arts hosts... the delicately crafted and imaginative creations of about 50 artists working in a variety of materials, from wood, glass, terracotta and fabric to copper, iron and leather.
Built in 1859 to carry a train line, the arches of the Viaduc des Arts were refurbished in 1990 and opened in 1994 as a long expanse of art galleries and craft boutiques where exhibitions and events are also held from time to time.
The Viaduc will be launching the “Carte Privilège Viaduc des Arts” card during the month of September. As its name indicates, the card gives you access to a number of privileges all year round.
